I founded Rosen Value Advisors to help employers capture all the value they deserve in their benefits plans and vendor relationships.
Having been a leader in the employee benefits business for 30+ years—as an M&A advisor, brokerage executive, and carrier executive, I have seen firsthand where employers lose time, money, and value in the way they procure and manage benefits.

Brett Rosen
Brett Rosen has a unique depth of knowledge and experience and perspective from 30+ years in the employee benefits industry.
With over 10 years as National Sales Executive and leader for major insurance carriers, including Cigna, Unum and Hartford, Brett gained experience designing and delivering broker compensation plans and services.
Since 2021, Brett has served as Founder and Principal of Rosen Advisory, a leading M&A advisor to employee benefits firms. He has guided over 40 employee benefits firms through the M&A process, and evaluated the business models of 100+ buyers to ensure cultural, strategic, and financial compatibility for his clients.
Prior to forming his own firm, Brett spent 17 years in leadership roles at OneDigital, one of the country’s largest employee benefits brokerage firms. As Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, and then as Executive Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions, Brett developed relationships with and gained insights into the operations of hundreds of other brokerage firms of all sizes across the United States.
