Diane has extensive experience as a CHRO, fiduciary on a 3,000+ employee benefits plan, and insurance brokerage executive. As Senior Advisor for RVA, she provides solutions to employers with HR needs that go beyond employee benefits, including aligning HR strategies to meet business objectives, workforce planning, compliance, and enhancing employee productivity.
Elizabeth Allen
Beth is founder of Allen Benefits Law, and is a renowned Employee Benefits/ERISA attorney. As a former attorney for one of the largest benefits brokers in the country, and as a former investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration, Beth provides employers with a deep understanding of and practical solutions for benefits fiduciary and compliance issues.
