By working with us, you get the information and deliverables you need as a plan sponsor and fiduciary:

  • Confidence that your benefits, services, costs, and fiduciary oversight are on track, via our report with supporting data.
  • Specific, actionable, easy to implement solutions to help close any potential gaps.
ANALYSIS

Independent, Objective Evaluation

Step 1. Identify Obvious Risks

Our process starts with a top-level benchmark analysis of your Premium Per Participant (PPP) and broker Compensation Per Participant (CPP) as the primary preliminary indicators of whether further discussion of plans or vendor selection is warranted.

Step 2. Brief Online Review

If benchmarks are above average, or there are other indicators of fiduciary risk, we get together for a brief online meeting to review your current plans and costs, carrier and broker relationships, and how you evaluate plan costs and broker compensation.

We conduct a summary review of broker compensation by comparing ERISA form 5500 to your broker’s annual compensation disclosure.

Step 3. Detailed Evaluation (If Warranted)

If the initial review uncovers issues or concerns, we conduct a detailed evaluation of your employee benefits plans, costs, carriers and brokers, and processes with regard to fiduciary oversight.

Step 4. Solutions for Control and Confidence

Based on the evaluation, we deliver specific solutions that will put you in control and give you confidence that you are getting the value you deserve from your benefits plans and broker relationship and that your processes support prudent fiduciary oversight.
